Is more apparent than its. Food was ok. everything else unfortunately just average. I can recommend the shop but not a 5 star sry

People avoid the store !!! We've seen posts on instagram before and honestly expected a lot more. We were completely disappointed in all areas. Service not good. Burger scandal. Meat OK. Prices high. Price performance scandal.

- Waited over 1 hour for the food -The food was cold when it was served -Chilli Chees fries served half an hour after the main course -Chilli Chees were the worst I've ever tasted -The bread was very good

A juice shop that spits big on Instagram and websites, but is not even able to receive its guests despite a reservation. On October 14, 2020, a phone call was made for a birthday party and a reservation was made. A day later the failed journey (100km) took place because the door of this booth was tight. It is even sadder when no staff can be reached by phone on site and I have to wait like a lamp in front of the door. On October 16 I had to try again and call. A lady informed me that they had technical problems. As a “premium restaurant” you should be able to inquire about the guest in good time !! Such behavior is commonplace.

The waitress totally failed, didn't know what we ordered, the starter came with the dessert, the food was not seasoned, after requesting a salt shaker it came empty. the forecourt where you can sit outside and eat urgently needs a new coat of paint.

As a person from Malatya, it is one of the very rare places I went to a Turkish restaurant and left my menu because the food was very tasty and good, prices were reasonable and ABLA was very friendly and did its job in a superb way. It was a great meal. I would recommend it to everyone.

Please don't do this to yourself. Order was forgotten to go to the kitchen, after 1 hour 19 minutes the starter came. Glasses come out wet and stained. Side dishes were missing, preparation extremely bad. Overall service is a catastrophe. Every euro is too much.

Tonight we had our girls' evening for 5. the service and the food was absolutely great, we had decided to let the kitchen surprise us ... it was really absolutely delicious and to the point! Absolutely recommended !! Again any time! Also for people who don't like to eat the classic steak!

My suggestion to those who are going do not go with a single word, it is better to eat dried apples in your home.

The restaurant is a disaster. I would prefer not to give a star. We waited over 1.5 hours for our food. I had made a reservation 1 week in advance and asked that we want to eat outside when the weather was nice. Of course, when the weather was nice, we got a place inside. After the second request, we only got a seat outside. The terrace was also "very" inviting. Unfortunately, social media (Instagram) deceives reality. Never again. Really never again! After waiting so long, you are anything but hungry. We don't need to talk about food anymore.

Never got so bad meat for the price ... Wanted a steak THROUGH it was English even English is good it was bloody / raw looked like freshly slaughtered !! So that when the meat was first cut, the whole plate was full of blood. Thereupon it was asked that you take all three steaks with you and fry that we can eat our food. When it came back one steak was nice but charred from the outside and the other two were still bloody but charred !! The other meat from the steak plate was all but totally chewy and greasy .. the baked potato was still raw, the mushrooms looked like four times warmed up and served ten times. The only thing that was good and fresh was the salad and the flatbread. CONCLUSION: 170 € paid for the meal 90km there and 90km back and the evening had to be ended at MC Donalds as we were all still hungry !!! With a voucher worth 20 € for the next time they wanted to keep us quiet, you can keep it next time there is certainly not! In addition, the gentlemen probably have not heard of the tax reduction, our receipt was billed at 19% VAT !!! Unfortunately we only noticed this on the way back !!! No one in the restaurant had a respirator mask, there was no disinfectant anywhere, even the cooks you can watch while cooking were not really hygienic !!!

A real shame... We were there for the second time. There was a lot to complain about the first time, but everyone deserves a 2 chance. Unfortunately it was 2 times worse! Except for the very nice service, which was always tried and understanding, there were some no goes to us. On the one hand, I would like to understand how you can charge a surcharge of 5 euros if, instead of the grilled mushrooms, you get 2 puny skewers, each with a pointed pepper, a mushroom and a tomato. On the other hand, the boss wanted to come to us at the table, but was busy with more important things. The quality of the meat was really good, but you definitely can't say that about the side dishes or starters. Unfortunately we will not come anymore.

We went as a group. 3 different kinds of menus came, the meats were delicious and delicious. The carrot slice was very good. I recommend the prices very well.

Today our son celebrated his wedding in this place. We were warmly welcomed and despite the golden shower the boss kept the peace. The food was plentiful and tasted very good. Unfortunately, the coffee maker had failed, but there was Turkish mocha. Many thanks

Long Time to wait for drinks

Actually I have had in mind giving this restaurant a try as it was on my list of steakhouses for a while. After taking a look in the menu I was surprised by the small steak selection and the cheap prices ( I don't expect a good 350g rib eye steak priced at 21.50 EUR ) and hence checked some of the reviews from other guests and then left without ordering anything ...

We ate very well, very nice service, nice ambience in the pedestrian area.
